Zoya Akhtar's ZINDAGI NA MILEGI DOBARA, starring Hrthik Roshan, Katrina Kaif, Abhay Deol, Farhan Akhtar and Kalki Koechlin, has been in the limelight ever since it's announcement and the reasons are manifold.

Not only does it star the best and the hottest in film business like the names mentioned but also because of it's director Zoya Akhtar, who impressed all with her debut film, LUCK BY CHANCE. Katrina Kaif Shoots From The Hip

If you were waiting for Katrina Kaif’s ‘Sheila Ki Jawani’, then hold your breath, because there’s more to come! Kat is all set to shake it up for the song ‘Jumma Chumma De De’ in Farah Khan’s Tees Maar Khan. Kaif will show off her curves for the song from the 1991 film Hum that was picturised on Amitabh Bachchan and Kimi Katkar.

Director-choreographer Farah has promised that the song is going to be a jaw-dropper and will be the highlight of her film. When Farah told Katrina that she would have to expose her entire stomach, provocatively, right down to the hip line, she got straight to work on that waist of hers.

Since Kat plays an item girl in the film, it’s predictable that the movie would have a couple of item numbers on her. Farah Khan’s ‘Tees Maar Khan’, starring Katrina Kaif and Akshay Kumar, releases on 24^th December, 2010.

There may have been speculations galore around the current equation between Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif. Some say they have broken off, some say they are still together, some say their relationship is as uncertain as it ever was. However, as per an eye witness who recently spotted the two together, there is absolutely no discomfort between Salman and Katrina. Also, even though in real life they may be facing some trouble but at least in public eye, they are not allowing any room for further speculation by not just staying on to be cordial but also relaxed and comfortable.

Says a close friend of Salman who was recently with both him and Katrina, "There is absolutely no problem between Katrina and Salman. They were chatting away and I didn't see any tension between the two of them."

I don't see any strain between them that would hamper the shooting by any means. They are professionals as well as good friends of mine. I can't wait to have the two of them along with Akshay come together for this song."

A visual treat is on the cards this December as Katrina Kaif dances to the iconic Jumma Chumma De De -the delectable song that's choreographed by director/choreographer Farah Khan promises to be a jaw dropper.

"This song will be the highlight of my film," saif director Farah Khan.

Katrina Kaif pays tribute to the 1991 song picturised on Amitabh Bachchan and Kimi Katkar for which she has worked hard on her look and more so her body.

"I haven't worked harder on my body than I have for this song. When Farah told me that I had to expose my full stomach, provocatively, right down to the hip line, I knew that I had to have the best body in the business," said Katrina.

"Kaif plays an item girl in the film hence it was only natural to have an item number of this sort - Katrina Kaif grooves to the song as men with beer mugs in their hand cheer on," according to a source.

Katrina Kaif skips special screening of Dabangg

Bollywood actor Salman Khan organised a special screening of his much-hyped film Dabangg last Saturday. Many celebrities like Shilpa Shetty, Karisma Kapoor, Manoj Kumar, Kunal Kapoor, Imran Khan, Avantika and others attended it. However, Katrina Kaif's absence raised the eyebrows of many, as speculations of their split have been rife of late.
Special screening of Dabangg was held for its unit, and Katrina was also invited. However, the actress could not make it, as she was busy shooting with Akshay Kumar for Farah Khan's Tees Maar Khan at Film City.
Produced by Arbaaz Khan and directed by Abhinav Kashyap, Dabangg features Salman and Sonakshi Sinha in the lead roles. It is scheduled for release this Friday, September 10.

This was something totally unexpected. If the latest buzz in tinsel town is to be believed, there’s a cold war brewing between Aishwarya Rai and Katrina Kaif, two of the most beautiful women in the Hindi film industry.

From what we hear, this proxy rivalry was set off by Katrina’s decision to walk out of Abbas-Mastan’s next thriller, a remake of The Italian Job, that stars Ash’s hubby Abhishek Bachchan, Neil Nitin Mukesh and Omi Vaidya (Chatur of 3 Idiots).

Though the official reason of Kat’s exit is being described as ‘dates problem’, it’s believed that she bowed out of the project because Abhishek hasn’t had a good track record at the box office lately (blame it on the debacle of Raavan).

Rumour has it that Kat’s walk-out hasn’t gone down well with the Bachchans, and Ash is now prodding her hubby to get even by opting out of Dostana 2, which has Abhi and John Abraham pairing with Katrina. The shooting of the film has been postponed to 2011 because director Tarun Mansukhani is reworking the script.

We don’t know how much truth is there to these gossips, but if it indeed is the case then we see a cold war building up between Ash and Kat.

MUMBAI: It has been more than six years since Katrina Kaif started working in Bollywood. But the actress, who rules many Indian hearts with her beauty and charm, is not yet an Indian citizen and has neither applied for it, reveals a news report.

Katrina started modeling at a young age of fourteen. It was in London, the UK-based director Kaizad Gustad offered her the film Boom in the year 2003. Since then Kat has emerged as a superstar in Bollywood but surprisingly the actress still continues to stay in India on employment visa.

Nowadays, immigration officials are busy examining the visas of several foreigners who came to India on a tourist visa but started working here and now have employment visas to support their career in the country.

According to reports, there are many foreigners in Bollywood who prefer staying here on an employment visa rather than applying for Indian citizenship, and, when necessary, extend their visa limit.

Czech model and item girl Yana Gupta is also one of the few who are in the industry on employment visa.
